Most products are shipped within one business day of placing the order.
Custom/personalized product orders leave the warehouse within 2 - 4 business days of payment.
You will receive an email when your items have been shipped

If you didn’t receive a tracking number yet, just send us an email. Our customer service team will get back to you with your tracking number.

Products might be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving your products.
However, we are trying our best to combine shipments whenever possible.
